Lovely hotel with pleasant owner and staff. Meals were very nice and our rooms were large. Excellent service throughout our visit. Area is stunning (August visit). Hoping to go again next year.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms in the centre of Kirchberg. The breakfast buffet is pretty great, you have a variety of foods to choose from like fresh fruits or all kinds of eggs. Dinner was good too with a choice of two soups, salad bar and tasty main courses and desserts. The staff is very friendly too, Marlene for example served us our dinner with a smile every day. Thanks to the hotel's location you are within walking distance of the ski bus stops which makes it very convenient to get to the lift with your equipment. There is a lot of parking available around the hotel. The only potential negative would be that it can get pretty busy. We were there at the same time as a big travel group so it doesn't feel super cosy all the time. You do get the sense that you're in a pretty big hotel, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but you should be aware of before booking.

I only went for a partial body massage. Alfrida (I hope I spelled the name of the masseuse right) was very nice and attentive, she asked me what complaints I have about my back and gave me a really good massage. She has very nice technique and also gave me some tips for later how to fight my neck pain. I was really happy with the experience.

AMAZING hotel! We got an upgrade for a bigger ‘sweet’ room, we were 2 nights. We are thrilled. Location, polite staff, room- everything was perfect! 😍 I would definitely recommend

Good hotel, on a good location. 7 minutes walking to the bus station. Spa is nice and the rooms are fine, with a bed that is very hard and rooms that are very hot. Breakfast was good. Food for dinner was really really bad. 19 euro's for something that has laid there for hours is not what you expect from a 4 star hotel.

There's nothing wrong with this hotel apart from one single thing. Smoking indoors!! Really! Is that necessary? I would return to stay here again, but I would be hoping the smoking would take place outdoors and not at the bar. Yuck!
